Delivery areas and conditions

We make every order fresh at our restaurant in the centre of San Pedro Alcántara. For delivery we work with Glovo and Uber Eats, and each platform decides how far it delivers, based on distance, terrain and the riders available at the time. This is the coverage we see day to day: find your area before you order.

Regular delivery: up to about 4 km

The area closest to the restaurant. Riders reach it throughout service, and orders arrive fastest.

• San Pedro Alcántara (centre): delivery with Glovo and Uber Eats, in the shortest time.
• Cortijo Blanco: about 1.5 km away, among our fastest deliveries.
• Guadalmina: about 2.5 km away, inside the regular area.
• Puerto Banús: about 4 km away, well within both platforms' delivery range.

Delivery possible, depending on the platform: 5 to 7 km

At the edge of the delivery range. Whether an order gets through depends on the riders available and on the route each app calculates at that moment.

• La Quinta: Glovo and Uber Eats usually deliver to the lower part and the main entrances. Some developments higher up the hill can fall outside coverage at times.
• Bel-Air and Cancelada: Uber Eats does not deliver here. Glovo reaches some addresses on the main roads and, because of the distance, the delivery fee can be higher than usual.
• Nueva Andalucía, El Paraíso and Puente Romano: also in this band; the app confirms straight away whether it delivers to your address.

Beyond the riders' reach: 8 km and more

Because of the distance and road safety, the platforms' riders do not reach these areas:

• Benahavís (village): about 10 km along a mountain road; no platform delivers there.
• Marbella centre: about 11 km away, outside the delivery range.
• Nagüeles, Lomas de Marbella Club, Sierra Blanca and Estepona centre: more than 9 km away, also outside the range.

The surest option: pick up at the restaurant

If you live outside the delivery area, if the app will not take an order for your address, or if you would rather skip the delivery fee, picking up your order is the most reliable way.

• How: call us before you set off — on the way back from the beach or down from the hills — and your order will be ready, freshly made, with no waiting. Every way to order is on the order online page.

Delivery platforms can close areas temporarily because of bad weather, a shortage of riders or technical problems. Poke Mar does not control those decisions and cannot be held responsible for them; when it happens, picking up at the restaurant is still the surest way to get your order.
